| I consider myself pretty mistrusting of mechanics as I've had some negative experiences in the past, but Bob Ramsey is as fair, honest, and good as it gets. I can't describe it, but you will FEEL that you're in good hands as soon as you enter his establishment. The first time I went in for a scheduled oil change, his son was cleaning his office, he was working with his staff in a way that shows leadership and team work - it felt like a real family atmosphere. When he told me that my oil pan was dented and would need replacing, he didn't ask me to take his word for it and give me a huge estimate, he brought me into his shop and showed me the damage and gave what I found to be a very reasonable price to repair. I usually use family for my automotive needs, but when my service engine soon light came on, I knew I was safe to bring my car into Ramsey's. His resolution was quick, thorough, and he didn't gauge me for services that my car didn't need! Not only will you get great service here, you will feel good about supporting this local business. Walk into his shop and you will know what I'm talking about! |
